I am new to Spring Cho Realty and real estate, but I have over 15 years experience in the construction industry. I have my Class A Builders License, as well as, my Salesperson license. I have been involved in many land deals over the years and have watched the progress of many homes being built from start to finish. With my experience in the field, I am a New Construction Specialist and I enjoy working with costumers in finding their dream home.

A Roanoke Native, I grew up here from the age of 2 and attended VA Tech where I studied Communications, English & Psychology. After college, I lived in Richmond, Lynchburg & Winchester. I started my Real Estate career in early 2002 in Winchester, VA. I decided to return to Roanoke to raise my son in my hometown and moved back to Roanoke in early 2005. Besides my career as a Realtor, I also own an Interior Decorating business called Smart Designs, where I specialize in space design & furniture placement, paint color selection, and using items you already own to create a room or home that reflexes you and your family.

My extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market and my Interior Decorating experience are a perfect complement for the services I can offer my clients. For buyers, I can help you visualize yourself and your belongings in the homes we view. And for sellers, I am an expert at "staging" your home so it shows to it's best potential for prospective buyers. I was born and raised in Lithuania. I fluently speak Russian, English and Lithuanian. In Lithuania I worked for one of the most respected and sought after companies in the country. After only two years I was promoted to Office Manager and with my efforts and desire to succeed I helped that company become what it is today, one of the largest furniture companies in Lithuania. I soon realized that I had higher aspirations and realized they could only be met in America. That’s when I decided to leave my home and move to the USA. I have been here for 7 years now and am raising two beautiful children with my husband Erik. I have been in the real estate business just over a year now and have already found great success. I have come to realize that this career requires hard work and long hours, however I welcome the challenges as they come along. I greatly appreciate the life I have made here and I am proud to call Virginia my home.I keep that in my heart and mind and this makes me the perfect person to help you find "your" home!

After being a Fire Fighter in Northern Virginia for 20 years, I decided to pursue a career in real estate.
